We used Hodders recently to rent out our mums retirement flat. I'm a first timer at this and the care and patience that Aaron, Amber and the team had was second to none. I can't thank them enough for guiding us through the process and making it very easy in such difficult times for us as a family. We now have a tenant in situ and I have no doubt that if they don't want to renew next year that Hodders will be on the case and have it filled quickly and efficiently. Adam Bermejo is the best! When first looking for a letting agent, I visited Hodders in Addlestone where they advised me that they handle sales at that site but offered for Aaron Johal from their lettings team to call me. Aaron called me almost immediately and offered to visit the same day. He arrived on time, smartly dressed, did not pressure sell and offered a competitive deal for finding a tenant. Hodders then did an exceptional job of promptly finding a suitable tenant for my property as well as checking references and creating the Tenancy Agreement. Throughout the process the team were all polite, honest, knowledgable and efficient. Aaron managed the marketing of the property whilst Amber and Abby were responsible for the administrative tasks. Along the way, an unexpected issue with a prospective tenant was encountered but thanks to Aaron's most professional handling of the matter, the problem was resolved with minimal disturbance to the process.
