As a micro-business, I found that it was hard to know exactly what cover my business needed. I had a home-based office but often met clients at their place of work or in cafes and restaurants. I have plans for my business to grow over the next 3 years and have now moved into an office, and I wanted an insurance broker who would be able to grow with me and make sure that I was always fully covered. I want to be sure that as I move my business forward and employ more staff, my insurance coverage wasn't left behind.

Obviously, the cost was also a consideration, and being able to have the right cover at an affordable price was and still is a high priority. I am an expert in my field, but not in insurance, I needed an expert broker I could trust to be working for my business and not chasing the highest commissions.
I now have a fully flexible policy that can be amended when I need it to be. I have saved money on my premiums every year since moving my policy to Holloway Insurance Services and also have a greater level of cover to protect my business than I did with my previous broker. Without having to sift through policies myself, or continually explain my business to new brokers or insurers, I have time to plan the growth of my business without any worries.

As a fellow 'expert' in my own field, I fully endorse asking the expert - ask Dean!

I have to say up front that we don't currently have business insurance via Holloway & Gauntlet currently...'yet.' 🙂 But I feel compelled to write a review based upon all the advice I've received from Dean. Everywhere I turn I've heard glowing references about Dean and his business. In a world of Insurance brokers with a 'certain' reputation, it's such a refreshing changed to see good solid advice from a business that really does care. You are never being sold to by Dean and he certainly uses his ears more than his mouth - I would recommend this business to anyone and when our contract comes up for renewal Dean will be the first phone call we make.
