I had my van towed away following some woke nimby complaint that it was causing an obstruction. As an ex cop I am confident it wasn't so wasn't particularly chuffed at having to pay the hidden "fine" to get my vehicle back. The two ladies on reception were very kind, pleasant and helpful. They must be on the receiving end of a lot of abuse so my sympathies go to them. Hopefully I won't see them again but meant in the kindest way possible 😛

My insurance company arranged recovery of my motorcycle due to a flat tyre. They arrived very promptly and transported me and the bike 20 miles into Blackpool. Ian the driver was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

When my Volvo XC90 had a fault that meant it wouldn’t turn on Hough Green recovered my Car from my drive way via a vehicle Crain and took it back to the dealership. The driver was excellent, informed me of each step. He even took the time to spade back the gravel that had moved on my drive from the tracks. I would recommend this company. From initial contact via phone to the driver collection the customer service has been outstanding.
