We contacted several companies regarding private medical cover who literally hounded us on a daily basis in to taking a policy (We found this not only annoying but unprofessional).
We were referred to Howdens by Shanie where we dealt with Steve Macaulay who compiled a list of options and emailed them over to us to review at our leisure.
We then spoke again with Steve to discuss our options and happily answer all our questions, working with us to get us the best policy that fitted out requirements.

I had a fantastic experience arranging my private medical cover through Assured Futures. Our adviser Paula Thomas was beyond helpful and showed a great deal of knowledge of the medical field - providing detailed explanations of our options and taking the time (and patience!) to answer our many questions.

The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient, and we were provided a selection of quote options which we were able to take a few days to read and review before making a decision. Paula was always available over email and phone, and we were very grateful for her flexibility in arranging call times with us.
