Had to go to a branch to ID myself. My gold card was supposed to be activated.
Was told all would work now. Card was not activated and there was no record of my Identification in perdon ehen I called customer service later in the evening.

Never had a problem with them or any of their staff, I just really wish that they were back in Bideford. I personally don't like using apps, and it would be nice to have the option in our local community to walk to and see a human being.
