We were greeted by a friendly lady with a lovely smile , then a polite man took us to the man we had come to see for our appointment. We then met Elliott who helped us with our account ect he was friendly, polite and helpful, he explained everything to us so we could understand everything. What lovely friendly people at this branch where nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you all for making our visit worthwhile.
