Good afternoon,

I came into the Beverley bank on Tuesday 02/06 enquiring about global money account for when I went on holiday. I was greeted by Neil and I can gladly say that he was one of the most polite and helpful workers I had ever met. He showed me many things I didn’t know about my bank and the banking app itself. I walked away that day with a lot more experience when using online banking.

After a very stressful couple of hours. Need to keep the high street branches open. Hannah was amazing. Kept very professional, calm and understanding through all the ranting and discontent of the customers. Including myself. Would not be writing this review if Hannah had not turned our situation around. Would of been a very different review.

Hannah from the Beverley branch was so helpful recently. My mum in law thought she had lost a considerable amount of money for a pre paid funeral to a company that is under investigation and was in a mix of shock and disappointment, but this lady was so calm and helpful and aided in my mum in law receiving the full amount back. Thank you.

Fabulous counter staff who are always professional, welcoming and helpful, even when having to experience rude and unpleasant customers which I have witnessed frequently … the general publics overall behaviour is deteriorating to that of disrespect beyond acceptable!

I had to go to the branch today as I have been having problems with my online banking alongside other queries that forced me to go to branch in person and with no hesitation she helped me out and did sort out all my problems very efficiently .

The most useless International Bank in UK. If you request a Euro account with a debit card attached to it so you can actually use it on business and leisure trips, they will tell you it's simply not possible. Hsbc Expat is in same situation. You have to use your sterling card when abroad, and they will charge you a heavy currency exchange fee every time you use it in Europe! Completely useless! Other banks in UK offer such services so bye bye HSBC!
