If you are visiting HSBC bank in the city centre, I totally recommend y'all going to the Centenery square branch. Nice staff, fast customer service and bigger space. I went to the other branch in the city centre before going to this branch which was so crowded and they even had limited staff. I was told to wait for few hours before they could address my issue. If you want a faster service, this is it!! This place is it!!
