I had gone into the New Street branch the day before to make a CHAPS payment for a house purchase. For some reason the next day the payment still hadn't gone through. Meena spent a long time speaking with the New Street branch to find out what was going on and make sure that someone actioned the payment asap. She was extremely helpful and courteous and the payment went through about half an hour after I left. I was even given a bit of money as an apology for the delay. Excellent customer service!
