The front desk staff seemed unprofessional and possibly lacked the necessary knowledge. When I approached her with an issue, she offered no solutions and simply suggested I find a solicitor, which felt unhelpful and unnecessary. It seemed like she was more focused on clearing the queue quickly rather than resolving problems.

However, I must commend the gentleman working as the security guard—he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Ultimately, I visited another branch where the staff successfully resolved my issue.

Cherry was lovely! She was really patient with me and so knowledgeable. She gave me all the information I needed and discussed all my options for a savings account so I could make a choice that would suit my finances.
