I visited the HSBC branch today at 10:15 AM and was absolutely delighted by the outstanding customer service.

Kam went above and beyond to assist me, even highlighting available improvements to my account that I wasn’t aware of. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive.

The lady at the front desk was equally helpful and kind, though I regret not catching her name. She added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The experience was superb from start to finish—flawless service that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this branch!

I went in late on a Saturday. It was a hit and miss as to whether they could upgrade my account. Hopefully I was seen by Kam who was very professional and expedient. I was able to do what I intended to and got some recommendations for the future. Overall, really satisfied with the service at this branch.

Recently visited hsbc to upgrade my account. Josh attended and was very quick to guide and the changes needed. Also I needed info about credit cards n loans which he was patient enough to explain and the best part was he made us comfortable in understanding and giving details. It was a smooth interaction and did make my thinking change about hsbc to a positive one.

I had an appointment today, however, I didn't know that I had to go to the 1st floor so I waited in line downstairs, ending up getting late for my appointment. Luckily everyone was so nice. Michael Lim, who helped me with my bank account, was so helpful and patient. He instructed me and the another girl step by step with much comfort (even made me laugh sometimes). After my procedure, I went to put some cash into my account by a slip. Once again I made a mistake, I went down and lined up while the counter was upstairs. I was helped with such kind demeanors today. Both the lady and the guy on the ground floor, the guy led me to Lim and Lim himself, with the lady in the counter were so helpful and always smiled!
