Recently visited the branch with my girlfriend to open a Current and Savings account for her. We did not have an appointment however were immediately greeted by a representative.

Abed walked us through the entire process answering all questions we could through at him including ones that didn’t relate to the accounts.

My girlfriend was grateful for the experience and is happy to be banking with HSBC.

I went there on a Saturday after a not very pleasant experience over the phone with HSBC customer service. I Was welcomed with a smile by the whole team and a lovely lady called Navpreet took care of my request. She took the time to listen to me and not only helped with the concrete query but also advised me on other products and services that may be better suited for my needs. Navpreet remained attentive, friendly and smiling throughout and was very competent and familiar with alternative options and all available services. She also followed up with an email containing the information I requested almost immediately.
