I never get to experience the customer service here as I normally visit out of hours. One of the few branches that stays open 24 hours to allow you to withdraw and deposit with the minimum of fuss.

Close the bloody place down. First the automated machines don’t work. Then there’s 3 counters open but the workers just chitchatting and only one working and so pathetically slowly. Then there’s a crowd of staff welcoming you for absolutely no reason. Waited 20 minutes watching this pathetic drama. If the workers don’t want to work then sack them and find more.

Visited the branch with my mother, was helped by the branch manager Mr Jax Hussain who helped sort out Power of attorney for my mother, this has been an ongoing saga with hsbc branches giving various information. So pleased to have gone to Jubilee place they have incredibly knowledgeable staff. Thank you to you and your team i hope this message gets reviewed by senior managers
