Very rude and disrespectful staff. In the branch and also over the phone.
Went there to change some coins for notes and as I approached the counter I was greeted by a lady who on a very rude tone told me to go to her colleague who rolled her eyes at me when I approached her.
Had the coins separated and even tho she had 3 money counting machine to her disposal she asked me to count them all by hand as she was sat in her chair not doing anything.
Tbh don’t even know why I bank with them at this point at this is not my first bad experience with them!
Would give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately that is not an option

I Went in there regarding a non-bank related question, after already trying around 8 shops for the specific issue.I was met by a wonderful lady, whom although had never been to that specific branch, she was soon to hop on to helping me. Customer service was amazing, and the place was well kept and tidy. Would 100% recommend this bank. Although i did not use their services, their welcomeness and brightness shined through!

The assistance that I get every time I pop into the high street branch has always been very satisfying . I went in yesterday and spoke to Katherine Hancox who really helped me sort out a few things especially notifications on my phone every time a payment has been made so helpful and she took the time and showed such care. Thank you .

It's a bank, has everything you need from a bank, cash point outside, because of it's town centre location there is no parking, well served by public transport

After much tribulation over a payment being cancelled for 'security reasons' and trouble with my phone app the young bank manager helped me resolve everything and get my payments sorted.
Very disappointed with the phone service, but very happy with the in-branch resolve.
