Excellent service! I popped by the other day and within 2 minutes I was speaking with an agent. Geraldine was super helpful and kind. She helped me set up a new account and showed me different functions in the app. Would definitely recommend this branch if you have any queries or would like more information about their products. I had a great experience at the Chiswick HSBC branch today. Geraldine was superb—she was incredibly fast, helpful and made everything easy to understand.

In today's digital world, being able to talk to someone face-to-face makes the experience so much better and reassuring. Keeping local branches open is essential because when you need personal assistance, they are invaluable. HSBC was able to help me where djgital only banks couldn't, so very satisfied!

Marilu Tornatore was so helpful today. I went in feeling a little embarrassed that I couldn’t get on to my online banking and needed help navigating it. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She took her time to get me logged in and show me how to use the app. She also helped me deposit a cheque and recommended a better savings account to open.

I couldn’t be more thankful for her warm approach and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this branch and in particular Marilu Tornatore.
