Today, I went to the HSBC bank in Coventry city center to open a bank account and met a super friendly staff member named Patrick. I am really grateful to him! He was kind and patient throughout the whole process, taking care of everything without me having to think about anything. I had initially planned to come back another time to open an additional account, but he managed to help me with that on the same day, even guiding me step-by-step on how to find what I needed on the website and app.
Patrick is incredibly fun; he made me laugh throughout our conversation and provided me with great emotional support, making the experience enjoyable. He is excellent at giving compliments, very polite, and his service was enthusiastic and professional. Plus, he speaks Chinese, which saved me a lot of trouble with language barriers.
I truly appreciate meeting him today; he resolved many of my efficiency issues. I highly recommend everyone to come and open an account with him!

I had a terrible customer experience at this branch. The staff were extremely rude, and the front desk showed no concern for existing customers, focusing only on opening new accounts for others. While I've had positive experiences at other branches, this one was very disappointing.

The efficient bank has always had someone to help me. The staff was very patient and helped me apply for mobile banking and open a global card. The application process was also completed smoothly. The physical card was sent within a few days after the online application was filled in, which was very friendly for international students to apply for a card for the first time.

I needed help with transferring money globally and Lola was able to offer me a global account. And she explained how it worked and saved me a lot of time. I also been trying to get a savings account for the past 3 years and nobody was able to help me every time I'd ask for help at hsbc. However Lola was able to create it for me in less than 5 minutes. Honestly she's very experienced and has great customer service, she definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Lola
