I visited the HSBC Cheylesmore Branch lunch time today, I received wonderful in person service by the staff, especially Sam T and her male colleague(I forgot the boy’s name). They are so knowledgeable regarding the choices of different accounts, very patiently explained the pros and cons of each type of accounts, and kindly come out to guide me using the online apps on my phone. I haven’t had such friendly and professional service for quite some time!

I was served by Sam H today and she displayed excellent customer service and a professional manner. She was informative about account information and very helpful. What a lovely banking experience. I opened an instant online bank saver and she walked me through in a user friendly manner. Thank you at Cheylesmore.

Applying for a basic bank account as a minor, I had no idea what was to be done. But I was assisted by Nancy who patiently sat with me for about an hour, explaining me what I need to do to open an account, what options I have right now and once I would be a major.
She answered any questions I had regarding the bank, my account, mobile banking and offered further assistance if I needed any help in the future or had another query.
The whole process was faster than I expected it to be.
Overall, the staff were all great and very helpful.

I've visited the branch today without appointment and Nancy managed to accommodate me straight away. She's an absolute gem. Very polite and outstanding approach,dealt with my request very quick. She also gave me and very valuable advice and recommended a product that meets my needs. I can't thank her enough.

Been going to the HSBC branch for a while now. Nice and convenient, but most importantly Sharon that works at the desk is nothing less than an Angel. Always going to lengths for not just me for other people also. The way she deals with customers is second to none. I'd say the cheylsmore branch is very lucky to have her.
