Poor customer service on two separate occasions. When paying in money I had to ask for my paying in slip to be stamped which was done with a sullen silence. When asking to withdraw £200 from my account I was taken aback to be asked (in a slightly disdainful way) to use the cash machine in the street. I thought the staff would be glad of footfall in their branch. A smile wouldn't go amiss either!
