Had my account blocked due to a seemingly suspicious transaction ( it wasn't- just HSBC being ultra careful). Spoke to Alex in the Great Yarmouth branch she was absolutely brilliant. She sorted it out after some very reassuring security checks and her recommendation was very helpful. She went above and beyond in sorting it out for me, even though the bank was quite busy.
It was a good experience to meet this lovey lady. She is a marvellous and patient and explains things carefully and for case was difficult to handle and she wouldn't mind to spend time to check and sort my problems. She does deliever an excellent service to me. Thank you again!

Excelente service from Hélder. Not only did i do what i came on for but also left with a Global account and savings. Took the time to actually have a conversation with me. Not some thing you normally get nowadays. Top service. Also the new machines lool and work great.
