Made an appointment to open a new bank account in Grimsby. Customer service is outstanding opened account with no fuss staff friendly and very attentive. Would like to thank Kevin for looking after me he even helped me with a savings account explaining in detail all of the benefits he then gave me his business card just in case I had any more questions or needed help with anything else. The staff at GY HSBC are the most amazingly helpful team. The excellent service is delivered with a smile and it is reassuring to have such competent, confident and committed staff delivering a superb service. Kevin leads an outstanding team at Louth as well and we are always grateful for the expertise and guidance each team member provides. It takes some of us a little longer to get accustomed to new devices installed in the shop front and there are always plenty of staff on hand. Thank you all and looking forward to seeing you through 2025.

I recently went into HSBC Grimsby to ask for help and I got exactly what I needed from David. As far as I am concerned he should get instant promotion and a pay rise! My issue had quite a lot to do with technology, a subject I know little about but I am learning thanks to David. He is so patient and took me through everything very slowly. I cannot describe the sense of relief I felt when the task was complete. Many thanks David.

Spent well over an hour with David today, he was extremely patient with me and supported me through the process because I am clueless and technology is not my friend

Addition to previous review as I can't write a new one - went back yesterday with my daughter to complete setting up a child's account for her with David and absolutely fantastic customer service yet again from both David and his colleagues, they all made my daughter feel very comfortable and supported her through the process, would definitely recommend this as a bank with excellent customer service

Visited Sarah at this branch in grimsby to discuss about potentially opening a student account with being a university student. Sarah was significantly helpful and provided a really relaxed, comfortable, and informative experience. With her help, it really concluded all the knowledge i needed in order to have an understanding of how to open a student account and what to expect. It was an overall brilliant and informative experience.
