Samah Naaz Zahoor was excellent today in helping me open a bank account for my wife. She was really polite and was quick to sort out things for us. She even helped understand the use of global money accounts to send money abroad and uses of the travel card. We left with all our work done and really satisfied with the service provided to us.

Absolutely lovely ladies at Halifax hsbc. Nothing is too much.. Wendy was amazing with me. My anxiety was very bad I was upset. She made me a hot drink day and spoke to me sorted my issue and as I said nothing was too much.. thank you girls

I am sure I Could have completed the forms and transfers and money checking but after two days of getting almost there , then finding another obstacle I went into HSCB and found salvation a member of staff who dea;lt with all aspects for the enquiry and said those magic words— its all done for you —-well done LEANNE AT THE HALIFAX BRANCH ..

I live overseas and don't even have an account in Halifax but when I took my (slightly unusual) problem to the branch, they could not have been more helpful. I've been frustrated trying to deal with HSBC online and by telephone so it was a delight to be able to communicate with a real person and, indeed, someone who was understanding, sympathetic and extremely helpful. A bit like how it used to be, in fact, before HSBC closed the branch I've used for fifty years and made communication with the bank exhaustingly difficult. Thank you, Halifax!
