My card declined and I had a problem so I went to the Branch in Leicester. Absolute Fantastic customer service from a lovely lady Heather today! She was really kind throughout everything and even offered me a tea! I am very thankful for her help and I appreciate all the other staff from HSBC. No other Bank offers this level of customer service. I am super happy and thankful for heathers help. I hope she also notified about my positive feedback.
