Glad the branch is back open. I went in with a query and was seen quickly and given lots of very helpful information. Sorted my account out quickly and given lots of advice. Wish the opening hours were a bit more friendly but just glad it's available to walk in.

Its nice to have a local (within 6 miles) branch back after a recent fire. I have had to cope with online banking recently but need a face-to-face soon. Please keep this branch open - the community needs it.

I had to fill out a really confusing and important international payment form which required the banks assistance to be completed. On my first visit I wasn't given much help, but on my second visit I was helped by a man called Josh who provided an excellent standard of service and care, taking his time to check through the form and verify that all the details were correct.
