I attended the Middlesbrough branch today, as executor of my late best friends estate, to deal with her accounts and pay funeral bills. I had an appointment with Joe, and it was fantastic. I was emotional due to the circumstances and what actions we needed to do today, but Joe was so calm, helpful and supportive. Everything was done efficiently and so smoothly. An absolute weight off my shoulders. This is a fantastic branch who clearly have taken their time to find the right staff that truly care about the customers.

Me and my father came to HSBC Middlesbrough to resolve an emergency which has my dad in a state of serve panic. Id like to note that my father has complex mental health and this enchanted his illness. Chloe greeted us at the entrance providing with a smile and excellent customer service, however due to the nature of our visit she moved the conversation into a more private place. Once sat down she made my father a cup of tea and listened to his case demonstrating her empathy and bespoke advice information and guidance. She resolved my father case and went though all potential outcomes, from a concerned son thank you Chloe for your professionalism you are a credit to HSBC Middlesbrough.
