I was served today by Charlotte in Northampton Branch for a 11am appointment. I explained to her how the HSBC call centre was an awful experience. The two ladies had a very strong Indian accent, and i could not understand a word of what they were saying. Very frustrating! The third call I made was with an Indian gentleman. At long last he was articulate and very helpful. Training should be provided to staff to articulate better. In the event that the customer point out to them that they cannot understand them, they should seek the help of someone else. I expressed my feelings to Charlotte who was wonderful in helping me in sorting g out a payment error. Thank you Charlotte ?
