A UNIVERSAL BANKER named RUTH B(---) was absolutely AMAZING in helping me out twice when having to go in within the space of a few days.
On the Saturday I was unable to unlock my pin for my debit card at an ATM as I was told to do when calling customer service. I couldn't use my card using contactless or the pin & living out at Crownhill & needing money to collect my son & do shopping I had to get a taxi into the bank to withdraw money however I didn't realise the cashiers were closed on a Saturday. The member of staff who first tried to help me seemed to be training & had to ask someone else what could be done etc I was getting irrate & stressed as the taxi was outside waiting & my friend in the taxi had kept calling me as asked to do so by the driver to see how much longer I was going to be, & I felt dissatisfied with the member of staff until Ruth had heard what was happening & took me into her office & helped me to withdraw the cash needed for the weekend. She was EFFICIENT, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY & POLITE & it made me feel as though she went out of her way to help me & solve my issue.
Again having to go in on the Monday I had to get a paper statement with proof of a purchase & again Ruth was forefront of the branch & able to help me.
She's COMPASSIONATE & SINCERE & AN ASSET TO THE BRANCH.
I feel confident knowing if I have a problem & she's in work it'll be dealt with in A TIMELY & PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
