I think the front desk downstairs is great and always helpful.
Shame the lady on first floor wrecks the simple process of withdrawing money. It is my money after all.
It may be bank policy again to ask for receipts which mean little if one is scammed . I thought HSBC had stopped this.
Now looking at finding a bank who trusts me.

On what could have been a very stressful day. Martin in the pool branch of HSBC was an absolute gent. It's the second time he's helped me with my business and he's always been, attentive, supportive, and efficient.

It's easy nowadays for people to give bad reviews but rare for the people who care about customer service like Martin to get the praise they deserve.

We had an issue with my son who was mugged for his phone while it was open visiting london. Luke the HSBC representative in store was amazing, he firstly calmed my son down and assisted us promptly. He was truly amazing, calm and very knowledgeable. He froze the account and pointed us in the right direction for next steps. We have been back since to personally thank him. He is a massive credit to the poole branch!
