I can’t thank Jill & Claire enough for their time, patience, assistance & friendliness when helping me sort out my mums affairs. I honestly can’t praise them enough, I feel they went above & beyond in assisting me, so much so that myself & my husband have now decided to switch banks to HSBC & have made an appointment with Jill to facilitate the move. Heather was soo lovely. It was my first time applying for credit card and Heather spent quality time guiding me through the various cards and I finally made a choice. She was soft spomen and patient and also offered me other services which I was missing.

After having some issues with my online banking and my card not working i went into the HSBC Rochdale branch and spoke to Jill. Jill resolved the issue for me promptly and ensured everything was resolved for when i left. If it was not for her i don’t believe it would have been dealt with as quickly.
