Visited on Saturday to open a joint account and Sam could not have been more friendly or helpful. When the system wasn’t doing her any favours for trying to open me a credit card she offered us to go spend 30 minutes shopping then pop back so we wouldn’t have to wait which was very thoughtful. Thank you Sam ☺️

We visited the Scunthorpe branch after the Lincoln one was closed. We were seen by Rachel the manager who was working under extremely difficult circumstances due to the premises having a leaking roof.
The information that she provided was excellent and we were impressed by her friendly personality, we left with all the necessary information required.
