I lost my Visa Card in Card machine at Undercliffe Bradford..
I'm disabled and 78 year's old .. My wife is 77.. She's disabled, but not as bad as me .. She went to your Bank today with our Son.. The lady who served was Not helpful and didn't show much interest in helping get it sorted .. it is a Joint account.. Our Son turned up and had to insist on getting it done .. A supervisor eventually got the assistant to get it sorted on the computer.. I was Not Pleased in how my Wife was treated ..

Brilliant so helpful. The counter staff were amazing when I went in with my First Direct problem. I then went in saw a girl called Bethanie who was so amazing. Helped me and was so patient even though we were sitting through a lot of hold music. She's a credit to the HSBC team!
