Visited the bank today to open a second account and Varshini guided me so thoroughly. She explained the different types of the account and their benefits as well as answered my questions about credit cards so well making it easy for me to understand. I had visited the bank before but was never explained about finances in so much depth and in easy manner. Varshini was very polite and patient in answering my questions.
