I came into the branch to get help with paying without my bank card. The young man I spoke to was very helpful and took me through a few things patiently eg Apple Pay, reporting a lost other card and help on the meantime. What was really good and heartening was that he spoke to me as a human being. Then I found out he was the bank manager when I looked at his name tag. No airs and graces. A professional human being who gave me time to sort me out. Thank you : )
