I recently visited HSBC Sutton on a Saturday to inquire about account upgradation. Despite it being the weekend and the branch operating for a limited time, the staff provided excellent service with a polite and positive attitude.

The process took some time, but they patiently checked my details and updated my professional and financial status. A special thanks to Gayani, who not only assisted me with my inquiry but also introduced me to HSBC savings accounts and helped me open one. She then explained the Global Money Account and guided me through opening that as well.

Out of curiosity, I asked about credit card options, and Gayani took the time to explain all the available choices in detail. With her guidance, I applied for a credit card on the spot and got approved immediately!

This one visit opened doors to many new financial opportunities, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Gayani, for their professionalism and dedication!

Excellent Service at HSBC Sutton Branch
As a new bank user in the UK, I found the staff at HSBC Sutton Branch incredibly helpful, especially Vikki. I needed assistance with transferring EUR from my HSBC HK account and Vikki patiently explained the process and answered all my questions clearly. She even spent nearly an half hour with me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience!

The worst customer service. Looks like they're flooded with customers and no need of any new clients. We were at this branch today to open a new bank account and the customer service representative right at the entrance straight away said they cannot open my account because the company where I am currently working at is not in Sutton and he is not familiar with my company name. What sort of a reason is this? Am I stupid enough believe this nonsense. Does this mean you can only open an account in HSBC Sutton if the customer service representative is familiar with my organisation. Please stay away from these liars and useless people. Now, I have opened my account at Metro Bank which was done without any fuss at the branch.
