Google told me HSBC were open today (27th of December 2024) until 1pm. I arrived at 12:35pm only to find they were closed! Thank you Google for completely wasting my time. You are useless!

Wife went in today to transfer holiday money to sisters account in Malaysia. Person behind counter was impatient rude and clearly not helpful.Would prefer zero stars. Needs to understand that customer service is important not losing your cool.

Worst bank ever, they don't follow national guidelines and make their own policies, I've never come across such incompetence from both staff and manager alike.
