I had to get an issue sorted thats been ongoing, today I visited the wallington branch and spoke to Lisa, without hesitation Lisa listened to my problem and set about to rectify it, even helping me work my new phone.

I would highly recommend Lisa to sort your banking issues.

We are very happy with the professional service provided by the HSBC staff at their Wallington branch overall. Especially when me and my wife visited the branch, which we always frequent, on Wednesday 10th July 2024 around 15.10, our special thanks to Anne and Lois at the counter, Sapna who helped us earlier to tackle our holiday apartment's service charge payments and Rabia for her kind meet and greet. Went 10am in the morning and it was a little busy as they aren't open till late. Used machines inside to deposit cash and went to the counter to pay in cheques. You've to fill in a form before sending the cheques through. Staff at the counter was very helpful and also exchanged my irish pounds for english pounds. Many thanks!
