I met with Jane Shepherd at the HSBC Weymouth today , 24th October 2024
I must confess she was very lovely. I was frustrated and had to open a new bank account with HSBC from another bank.
She took my time to set up a new account for m and made sure I left being Happy.!
I had a good customer service today.! Thanks to the Weymouth branch and Jane of course

Fantastic customer services from Anna at the Weymouth Branch today. She was friendly, attentive and concise. I went to the store to speak to a person and Anna approached me with a smile, took me to side room and resolved my issue regarding my Banking App. She also notified me of the Global Account to use whilst abroad. She is a clear communicator, efficent and knowledgeable. Thank you Anna!!

who knew that you can't open a bank account at a bank! This branch is a 'cash service branch' so are unable to open current accounts - With so many branches closed you would imagine that the remaining ones would offer the full service ! - we needed to travel to Poole to open an account ! however, once opened and needing some support getting online banking, Jane at Weymouth Branch was absolutely great in helping sort it out in nice step by step, easy to understand stages - Thanks Jane
