I went to the HSBC Worcester branch to open a Bank Account and I was attended by Hollie, she was really kind and friendly. She helped me with everything and informed me about different plans as well. I am surprised by how gentle and helpful the staff is.

Not only did she make me feel at ease, but she also took time to understand my circumstances and point me in the right direction. This had been looming over me for a while and I was not looking forward to the appointment but with Meg’s calming nature and simple terminology, I now feel calm and in control of the situation- a far cry from where I was at before doing so

I would like to give a good review of my branch in Worceater.
I have been with HSBC for over 50 years and the branch to me is important to have personal contact rather than do it all on line.

Recently I had an issue on applying for a loan via tel banking. This would have been the second time in 3 years.

On the first time when this happened I went into my branch at Worcester and saw James Fletcher. He was so helpful . We sat down and very soon he resolved it and nothing was to much trouble for him.
Then on the second time of applying for a loan I had an issue again. This time I rang the Premier direct line and spoke to someone. They were not helpful and kept passing me on to different people without giving me an answer. So I gave up and put the phone down.

I then decided again to contact my local branch at Worcester and sent an Email to James Fletcher. Thank goodness he was still there.

I explained everything to him and what had happened. He very soon got on to it and within a couple of days he sorted it out for me with no issues and updated me all the time.

If he had not been there goodness knows what would have happened.
I would like to give him full credit.

So important to have people like that at branch level.
