Worth paying for. It seemed quite expensive compared to free mortgage advisors and going direct, but the level of service that Johnny provided us was exceptional. Not only does he sort all of the paperwork, liaise with our solicitors and estate agents, but he also provided invaluable advice on buying a house, helped us with complexities of porting my current mortgage to the new property with a new mortgage too, and when my current mortgage runs out will help us change it to the best rate. He tracks all current mortgage rates and offers to make sure that we have the best deal right up until completion, something that we wouldn’t have time for or the knowledge to do.
