Just popped into Humberston Post Office and was served by Carole who sorted me out with currency for Norway - explained everything and made it all easy and straightforward. Before I got to the counter she gave 5 star service to a man wanting to know the cost of posting some parcels - she advised him on the size to keep it to so as to save him money and even gave him a used cardboard box to help him out in keeping it to size. Fantastic service.

Went to collect a parcel today.... Sunday.... At 11.45...opening Times 7am till 11pm...told not open as too busy and take half hour to open so come back later... Disgusting as they advertise opening hours but not offering the service... Never again
