An absolute farce. The staff think they own the place! Parking their car in a disabled space with no badge shown. Disabled spaces are limited! Certainly wouldn't use this company if they think they're better and take advantage of people.

We cannot recommend the Huntingfield Estates team highly enough, they are super efficient and friendly.
We were unfortunately unsuccessful with another estate agent after 10 weeks on the market without a single viewing.
We contacted Huntingfields and they were more than happy to list our home. Within 1 hour of being live on the market we had a booking for a viewing, an hour after that, another viewing booked. 3 days later we had sold our home.

I really don't know where to start with my praise for Huntingfield Estates.

They marketed my late mother's property in July 2022 and quickly achieved a sale. Conveyancing revealed an unknown Overage on the property. The sale fell through but within weeks they found an alternative cash buyer.

Without going into too much detail, further negotiation took place as a result of our buyers being put under pressure with regard to the selling price of their property as a result of rising interest rates.

Price renegotiation took place conducted by Huntingfield. They conducted this process with transparency to both parties.

When a sale price was agreed they focussed on chasing solicitors for both parties to complete conveyancing to get the sale completed.

They could have sat back at this point and waited for their commission but they did not. They were on the phone literally daily to cajole solicitors to do their jobs properly.

If you are selling or buying a property in their operating area then you are in the best of hands. They work really hard in your best interests.

Becky showed us around a house and although we didn’t end up making an offer on it, 3 weeks later I was still thinking about the gorgeous paint that the seller had used. I finally messaged Huntingfields at about 4am one night to ask if they could possibly find out what the paint was and 3 hours later at 7am I had a reply with the info I needed! Absolutely amazing ? I just think this attention to detail is what makes a good estate agent EXCELLENT.
Incidentally I’ve been to a lot of viewings recently with a lot of different agents and Becky was up there with the very best- she immediately put us at ease, so down to earth and really kind and nice. Thanks Becky ?
