I have had no end of problems with this company and so have the rest of my neighbours. They are incompetant and never answer the phone or call you back when there is a problem or when you need to talk to them about an issue. We have had on going issues for the past few years and whenever there is an issue it takes them months to sort anything out and even when they do fix (bodge) a problem it breaks again after a few weeks and you have to go back through the painful cycle of trying to get hold of them again. They are supposed to be a housing management company but as far as i can tell, they can't even manage themselves let alone a housing development. Even the building company have apologised on their behalf because they are embarrassed at the problems we have had and that the issues take months to get sorted (bodged). They seem to make up their own prices to suite themselves, you could be paying one price for a year then find that you receive invoices at the end of the year asking for more money. Between I and my neighbours we pay a considerable amount of money for the upkeep of our development and we will soon be looking to change from HURSTE WARNE to a competant management company that actually knows what they are doing.
