Absolutely amazing service from Mel. As a landlord with multiple properties, I have dealt with many property management companies over the years but speaking and dealing with Mel has stood out from all of them by far. Her knowledge and experience in the property management field is second to none and she has really made me feel and has proven to me that I am in great hands. She is no rookie to this game. Even my most complex legal questions were answered by Mel calmly, confidently and without hesitation. You can really tell that she knows the true ins and outs of property management and has been there and got the T shirt, with no situation surprising her. I am really looking forward to bringing over the rest of my properties to I AM Property Management and can finally relax and leave the management of my investments in her hands.
