One of the more pleasant aspects of renting. They were easy to contact whenever we needed them and were able to sort any of the queries that we had. We lived in our flat for 3 years and it was so nice to know that there was an Ellinson office on the estate in case of emergency. I once got locked out of the flat thanks to a prong on the key bending; someone was round and the problem sorted before my frozen shopping had even begun to thaw. I've had plenty of unreliable landlords - but whichever ones choose to have Ellinson manage their estates really make the whole renting process that little bit nicer.

I have lived in one of their properties for nearly 2 years and it has been one of the best properties I have lived in. The company are very professional and have looked after myself and my son the whole way through our tenancy. They have a great team who work in the office and nothing is too much trouble. If it wasn’t for needing a bigger property I would’ve happily stayed as one of their tenants for many more years! I would highly recommend them as a company to rent a property from!
