For the past 5 years I have been using the services of Iain Wallis for my property business. Throughout this time I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and detailed in his approach, going that extra few yards to find me the most tax efficient solutions to my business. I have always found him very approachable being happy to chat through any query I may have no matter how trivial it maybe. I have complete confidence in his advice with no doubt in my mind he has saved me £1,000's over the years. The service he offers more than justifies his fees, I really think it is a case of you get what you pay for. I've used Iain as my personal accountant for several years. I first came across him when I read his book and I realised there was so much I didn't know when it came to structuring my accounts in an efficient manner. On our first consultation, we spent nearly an hour discussing EVERYTHING to do with my finances, including how I wished to protect my assets in the future, how I wanted future generations to benefit etc. Thinking so far into the future meant that I have established myself correctly from the outset. Additionally, it's really important to me that Iain himself invests in property - it means that he genuinely understands things from our perspective as he practises what he preaches!!!

We used Iain to set up our company after an initial consultation. His service has always been fantastic, I wouldn't trust anyone else with our business accounts. He is always available for the little questions you need answers to and his answers are always candid and honest, taking ALL your personal circumstances into account. He manages our business, my personal and consulted for my mother as well. Having read other reviews, people are saying his services are expensive, however, he more than makes us back this expenditure with his knowledge and years of experience when he files our accounts (I can't imagine how much more money we would have spent if we hadn't been running our accounts so efficiently!). Also, to top it off, he's just a really lovely guy!!!
