Before working with Iain, I had exchanged contracts 3 times, but due to poor due diligence by the previous agency, all sales fell through. Iain is a personable, likable & thoroughly professional person. You might consider less expensive, mostly online options, but that might be a mistake. Instead, why not go for the personal touch & have somebody fighting for you, especially in conveyancing & other problematic areas. Why not reach out to Iain yourself & draw your own conclusions. BTW, Iain was the agent that sold my house...

It was the first time we came across a house sale via The Agency and we were positively impressed to be dealing with a single contact. Iain handles the entire process from advertising, viewing, negotiations until completion. He is well prepared with very good knowledge on the property, the surroundings and in our case impacts of the conservation area.

I can’t recommend Iain highly enough. He has taken a lot of the stress away from us whilst marketing my late parents home that has been in the family for over 100 years so has great sentimental value to us. It is also grade 2 listed and converted from 2 cottages into one home so not the run of the mill property. He was careful to point all this out to potential purchasers before viewing. He went above and beyond other estate agents arranging a viewing on Easter Sunday which resulted in a sale to people who appreciate its character and our attachment to our childhood home. Thanks Iain.
