Mark kept us informed daily on the sale's progress, especially when the seller was slow to act. He really pushed them, secured us a great deal, and offered valuable advice on what to do with my apartment. Mark gave us his undivided attention, always answering our questions thoroughly. We felt very comfortable dealing with him because he was so honest. I even miss our daily phone calls (just kidding!)

AVOID !!!!! -
I was with Iapartments for 1 year (1 year too long) and faced a
multitude of issues throughout. Broken appliances upon moving in
(requiring the PRS to become involved awarding us compensation),
fridge doors which fell off, twice, after someone came round to "fix"
it, unresponsiveness, warped floorboards, broken tiles... more... .

Oddly the reviews are either 1 or 5 star, unsure if the service went
downhill but it seems like the more genuine reviews are those which
had similar experiences to myself.

We initially had Shahid as our agent who seemed to gradually dissapear
throughout the year, not sure for what reason but it didn't help the
cause of getting issues fixed, every issue which was raised took
months to deal with, I had to contact the PRS regarding compensation
for broken appliances, again, something which wouldn't have been
required if they just sorted the problem, instead they chose to leave
us with a hole in the kitchen where the dishwasher was and a leaky
pipe which was nicely filling a bowl for us every day. A leaky toilet
as well, which only became apparent after I saw an eye watering (not
intended) water bill, luckily they put this down to property
maintenance and refunded us.

The end of the tenancy was always going to be difficult given the
history, in which a small part of the deposit was disputed with the
DPS for cleaning, standard for most agents but considering the
property had mould upon moving in, amongst other issues, I think it
would have been reasonable to assume this wasn't professionally
cleaned by the previous tenant, nor will it be for the future ones.

They also tried to pin various issues on ourselves for repair such as
the broken tiles, claiming "They weren't that broken" when we moved in
which really summarises the shambolic state of this company.

If you got this far and aren't convinced by their shoddy service,
enjoy your tenancy with them, otherwise, save yourself and look
literally anywhere else.

(Also hung up and swore at my housemate on the phone).

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with iApartments' letting team. I was met with unprofessionalism from the start. The staff member, who spoke with a strong Middle Eastern or Asian accent, was not only quick and unclear in his speech but also lacked patience and understanding. My polite request for him not to be aggressive was met with the refusal of service and a prompt end to the call.

This encounter was both disrespectful and extremely rude. It's alarming that such behavior exists in a professional setting, and I advise potential clients to tread carefully. It seems unnecessary to ask agents here for basic respect or understanding. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your property needs. If I could give a 0 stars I would.

Save yourselves the stress and go with a different agency. I rented with Iapartments for one year and eight months and the only thing that was good about the apartment was its location in Manchester city centre. Was beset by problems from start to finish and walked away from the tenancy dissapointed.

I cannot recommend IApartments enough. I had a tenancy agreement with them for over 2 years and I can confirm that the communication from the team was incredible.
