I had a great experience with Ideal Response for some mould remedial work I needed done in my kitchen. The communication and regular updates were excellent, and the support from George in the sales team was outstanding. He was especially helpful and patient while I sorted a few issues before the work could go ahead. George managed to get me booked in quickly and worked around my schedule, which was a huge help.

When the technician Renatas came to carry out the work, he was friendly, efficient, and very diligent. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, which really helped build confidence that every effort was being made to ensure a high-quality result and from what I can see, the outcome is brilliant.

Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Ideal Response to anyone needing mould remedial work.

Great first experience with Ideal Response. Dan and Austin provided a first class service cleaning an hydraulic oil spill in our yard. Had a suspected leak in our heating system and our own investigations hadn't turned up anything so thought we may of needed a new boiler but wanted to be sure before we went down the expensive route. We contacted Ideal Response and spoke to Lola who was helpful and got a clear idea of the in-depth service they offered and was sent a quote. We arranged a date for someone to attend our property and a fantastic guy called David arrived on time and set about trying to find a leak.

His determination and a range of different tools and techniques came up trumps after almost 10 hours on-site and he was a pleasure to have in our home. Although the cost of the service did seem a little high initially, it ultimately saved us a lot more expense and potentially damage to our property from this an unknown leak. Highly recommend the service and David was a star!*
