Useless, I redirected a parcel to my local PO as I am out most of the day, I then received a email saying they had tried to deliver to my home address but no one was in.
I then went on line to get it redirected again and the next day I get a email saying exactly the same thing again.
I then went onto the app to get it redirected yet again only to be told that I’d already had the parcel redirected.
I rang the office and got an automated message giving all sorts of alternative services except the one I required.
They are getting as bad as Evri for messing deliveries up.
Totally useless. ?
