I had a terrible experience with Infinitas and would strongly advise others to avoid them. Despite appearing professional on the surface, their handling of my accounts was shockingly poor. Due to their mistakes, I ended up paying more tax than necessary and was hit with hefty fines because of their late submission of my reports.

Since switching to a new accountant, I’ve realised just how badly my taxes were previously managed—my current accountant was genuinely shocked at the level of errors. After speaking to others, I’ve found that my experience is not unique, as many have had similar issues.

I was both surprised and disappointed by their service. They may seem competent at first glance, but sadly, that is not the case. Avoid at all costs.

Instead of addressing my concerns or offering an apology, Infinitas has chosen to simply respond with “reported” in an attempt to suppress honest feedback. Luckily Google lets you add a photo with a review so I would be happy to document proof of their negligence on my next review should this one be deleted, including fines I received due to their errors. I was even advised to take legal action over their mishandling of my taxes. Their response speaks volumes—avoid this company.
