Really lovely house. Aldo is very responsive and I have never had a single problem here that wasn't quickly resolved. The flatmates are always very pleasant and there are cleaners every two weeks, so the house is kept in good shape. The kitchen is able to accommodate all flatmates at once and the rooms are in good condition. There's a washer and dryer and the garden is private and lovely to sit in. Highly recommend this place! Have had the best year here.

Brilliant small rental agent! Highly recommended ?

Before I came back to the U.K. from living abroad, I found a place with InstaRent - Ahmed was super friendly and kind enough to walk me through the house over FaceTime, which was so helpful. He even recommended a different place, where based on our discussions he thought I would fit in well - I did, and made some lovely new friends ?

I had no problems during my tenancy, the contract was sound and Ahmed was always open and honest to communicate with. Highly recommend InstaRent to all.
